Brad Powell, Chris Acosta, Omar Diaz LA Fitness is STAELING money from members, mistreating employees

Chris Acosta, the former GM of LA Fitness has stolen thousands of dollars from mostly hispanic and minority members and the company is aware and sweeping it under the rug. I have proof and documents, and actual members this was done to. The simple premise was to come in and take a tour, he would ask them to enroll any or all people with a cash initiation fee. Omar Diaz was also interested in the same proceedure. Then after leaving, they would change the manual agreement to a computer agreement, make the document no cash down, and forge signatures. This caused bad accounts, familes without memberships and losses of hundreds and thousands of dollars.

I reported this to my immediate supervisor Brad Powell, and now my job is in jeopardy. I was told that I maight not be able to handle my job as operations manager, since the GM of sales is stealing and I cant control him?

Anyone who has gotten money back, was told it was an overpayment, others havent been told anything.
