Poor quality bath tu

I purchased a bath tub made by this manufacturer in April. The tub was reasonably priced, but the installation was the major expense. I have had the tub for about 6 months and the bottom part has cracked, resulting in the tub being unusable. The company has no problem giving me the money back on the product itself, but will not refund the money I sent having it installed so I can install a new one. I would not recommend any of the their products. They are very poor quality and do not last. They have failed to make me whole for my expenses from them making an extremely inferior product. I have spoken with the installer and he assures me that the tub was installed properly, but that the tub itself is of poor quality.
