Charged for services I knew nothing about and therefore did not Authorize!

I was charged on my AT&T bill for two other services (OAN Services & ILD Teleservices) that I had not Authorized and didn't know what they even were. Not only am I upset with these two companies attempting to rip me off, I am also upset with AT&T allowing this to happen without regaurds in contacting one of their customers to ask whether or not the person in whom the phone bills name and social was actually in authorized or not this new service.
