They try scaring me to pay off my account right then, or i will be summon

Someone name daniel brown called saying that i had until the next day to call them to clear this account, I had closed my checking account once I found out they was bogus, they did take out 200.00 out of my account. And i got no record or paperwork saying that I paid them. So how would I know if it was legal for them to continue. I would prefer to pay this account on my own becauce these people is crooked. They told me they was going to re issue a summon on me if I didnt call them the next day to pay it. I will pay check n go. Not them
