Michael Jangzak rec'd phishing call, said he had a buyer for $54,600, needs $1,600. Up front

Last week we received a phone call from Michael Jangzak from United States Property Services. He was connected to the Dept of Agriculture. He has a buyer interested in buying a house lot at the Salton City, CA for 400 times what we paid for it. His fee would be $1,600. And the 54,600 would be in a certified check. He wanted our credit card number so he could verify the account and make sure we wanted to sell the property.
