JMN Financial Sweepstakes Scam

I recieved today (12/27) a letter from JMN Financial Services & Consultants. They told me they were pleased to inform me that their network shows me as the lucky winner of an unclaimed prize money in the amount of $57,000.00.

Enclosed with the letter was a check for $2,988.35 to cover administrative taxes and clearance fees of my winnings. They told me to call (514) 659-1778 to activate my check and authorize it with a woman named Cynthia Jacob. I was also instructed that I had to call no later than 01/07. They also gave me a claim number that I should reference when I call.

I have decided that I am going to call this phone number on Monday 12/29 and see what they have to say for themselves. I hope these people are prosecuted for trying to scam people and getting peoples hopes up.
