Buxton Leather Shoulder Strap Bag BLK Item #19703

The Buxton Bag is NOT as advertised on t.V. Or on the web. I do not believe it's leather... And I do belive it is poisoned with some sort of terrible terrible smelling dye or finish that made me very sick, sore throat, eyes burn, even my hands burned after handling the bag.

No paperwork other than the two-year limited warranty was enclosed in the package. Luckly for me (maybe) I kept the email showing receipt of my order.

Perhaps the note I received will help others in returning their Buxton Bag:
"I am sorry you will need to contact customer service to help you with this matter. They will be happy to assist you. You can contact customer service at 866-389-3774. Customer service hours start at 8:30 am till 10:00 pm EST."

Now, Monday (after Christmas) I will call this number and hope for a full refund and I will send the smelly bag back with a 'US Postal receipt requested'... Wish me luck.

I am also very disappointed in Merchanice Direct for selling this junk!
