Fraud, unauthorized charges, scam

I had a fraudulent charge on my AT&T phone bill & I tried to call AT&T but they told me that if I had any questions or concerns I would have to call OAN. I don't know what OAN is... Next to the charge it says VMAIL MO FEE
(VMAIL usually means "voicemail") and I have voicemail with AT&T. As I was trying to google and get the information on the company, nothing was coming up but a whole lot of complaints from other people. I figured that I should make a complaint too, this company must be stopped!
