They approved $5,000 with $911.54 security asked for another $911.54 said no want my securty back never got it

I was approved for a $5,000 loan upon one payment of $911.54 security was told it iwould be deposited the next business day recieved a phone call requesting another payment of $911.54 I refused and stated if I had $1,800.00 why would I borrow money for you people. I demanded deposit back he stated I would receive it on December 26 The Company does not answer phone phone line is cut off. I wrote to the Company and demande dmy money back never recieved a penny. I wrote to the Attorney Generals Office in Maryland. They referred me to the NYS Attorney Generals office.
