I placed an order on Dec 10th and received their shipping notification on the 11th. However, I haven't received the package as of today (23rd). I've contacted them several times via e-mail, but received one responce on 19th saying "we are investigating right now". No action since then. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I'm very upset now.
