This company is a total scam... I want me money back

I signed for a month and they continue to charge me, even though I canceled my account and closed my profile. I agreed to pay for one month and I have fun using the site even though I didn't even get to interact with the people there, but after the initial month I didn't want nothing to do with the site, but they are still charging me, and my credit card company is giving me a hard time to dispute the charges...
