My buddy purchased two Pioneer CDJ-800MK2 players from them, when he contacted Pioneer for service they told him his warranty is void since he bought from an un-authorized dealer. Now he's stuck with two $1300.00 units and cannot get fixed. I suggest no one to buy from these guys, and we just noticed that the two players did not even ship from avgiant, they shipped from some unknown reseller..
