I bought this website from them on ebay and they promised 24/7 technical support and I knew I was gonna need it since I didn't know how to operate an Oscommerce website. My website broke and I asked for them to fix it for me and after 2 days they still didn't fix it. To make a long story short I open tickets that have been open for 5 days. And they won't tell me how to transfer the website. You can go to purewebsitedesigns.com to see proof that my home page is all jacked up until Jan 02 which by then I will transfer the domain to another hosting provider. I gaurantee I am not the only person that has had problems with them and most likely you will too.
