The company has avoided my refund due to not fixing my credit... They have lied and know the num does not work

This company started off wrong by over charging my acct for the amt that was giving to me. Then they gave me the run around with a refund that was never recieved. My credit report has not been touched and know there number does not work. The customer service is very rude and they do rush to get you off the phone...
