Grandsons birthday cake

We ordered a cake from your store in columbus, ohio on west broad st st# 598. The cake was ordered on dec 3rd 2008. The order was under the name almond. She order the cake for us and also picked it up. It should have had spider man with my grandsons name deven on it. The cake was supposed to be marblewith butter cream frosting. We had his party right across the street from the store @ chuckecheeses. There were more than 30 people coming in from out of town to help celebrate my grandsons brithday. My daughter and the girl that placed the order when into the store @ 5:40 pm. When they rec the cake it had no name on itand it was a white cake with whipped icing. After doing a terriable job in putting my grandsons on it, they spelled it wrong and scrapped the name off. The whole thing was handled very badly.

My family had done business with krogers, which i assure you will change. My daughter was 20 minutes late getting the the party becasue of the storesmessup. My grandson loves spiderman and was crushed that he didn't have a cake with spiderman on it, becasue of the rudness of your employees, had another cake brought from someon else that wasn't even big enough. I'm furious i called severla times and also complained to someone named april, but she acted like she could careless.

My grandson wiill only turn 5 once and we wanted to go to what we thought was the best place to get his cake. I'm not sure what i can do about this, but i assure i'm not done yet. I'm a customer that your store just lost. And the rest of the family and freinds all felt the same way.

In this day and age customers should be treated with the repsect they deserve. My daughter is a single parent raising 2 boys all on her own..

I just wanted someone to know how upset i am. I also called a complaint dept spoke to man that also could have caredless about my problem.

Get some employees that care about the customers, or i think you'll lose more than just mu family and friends as customers.
