Contract on Hold due to Pregnancy... Office Closed without Notice / forwarding info!

I joined LA Weight Loss in Durham in April.6 month program $500.00. I found out I was Pregnant in May. (only saw counselor's three times). They told me they could not "refund" my program cost, but that they would place a "HOLD" on my contract and would "re-activate" it once I had the baby. My baby is due in January... So yesterday I called the office to tell them that I would like to start back in Jan. to find the number disconnected. I then went to the office off 15-501 to find it vacant and a note in the window to contact the offices in Raleigh or Cary. I called those numbers, one is disconnected and the other has a voice mail... That is full and not able to leave messages. Then I went to the website... To find that there is NO LA WEIGHTLOSS IN THE TRIANGLE AREA! I then called the Customer Service Franchise Number and have left a number of messages... With no RETURN Call!
