Took my money failed to deliver goods. No refund

RX Licensed Pharmacy Online took an order from me and my money without delivery of goods. Total they stole from me was USD 163.
I have asked repeatedly for a refund and they told me they had refunded money back to my credit card but they haven't and now there is no way of contacting them.
I have referred back to my credit card company and disputed the original transcation.
Do not use this company.
They are nothing but theives.
