Mystery Shopping? Or rip off?

Central Mass Temporary Services sent me a letter. Stating that I am a mystery shopper and my income with them would increase to $400 a week for 3 months and $500 thereafter.

They enclosed a check in the amount of $3780. $51 for shopping, $3230 to transfer??? What a large amount?
And $199 to cover western union or money gram charges... AND THEN $300 dollars for me. Wow.
How nice of them. I'm going to call the company now and finish my report *calling* 12/17/08 at 11:50 A.M. 514-573-4145.
