No action - no customer service - rude, ineffective personnel

For nearly annually I Have been lead-in a group, maintained with a really curt and inadequate therapist — nothing continues to be completed on my consideration to my understanding. They will have lied about their providers, AND TODAY... I have emailed, attempted calling by telephone simply to achieve complete voice emails, no reaction from email, a rude assistant (lastly a live individual) who's saturated in reasons although not ready to have a basic telephone concept. Please don't waste your difficult-acquired income with this fraud!!!
