The co. Tricked us into a contract with aproduct that does not work, with our phone system, their own tech came tothe house and told us the system would not work, they will not let us out of the contract and have destroyed my wifes credit

Safehome security inc, They first tricked us into a contract that we were not aware of. Then when we changed our phone system to vonage, their system is not compatible. Not only are their customers service reps, rude they are arrogant.

I have a written testimony by one of their reps that came out to the house and he said " this system cannot work" but safehome will not let us out of the contract, they destroyed my wife's good credit because we will not pay them for a product that won't work. They willnot get in touch with us after awhile we stop calling because its going in circles.
