This Shawn Popp alias (Terrence Popp) is a dead beat dad from Michigan, he skipped town to avoid the law and needs to be brought to justice. It's a shame when fathers won't step up and support their children. Now society has to support the children because he won't. I just hope that his children turn out better than he did. Maybe it's a good thing he's not around because he was a bad influence on them.
