Fraud, disputes, support none, lies, return calls none, rude

I was contacted by a person named Don L. Vinyard who then had me talk to Jad Morris in early Sept. 2007. He stated he got my number from a company called, "MoneyWayz". He told me he could help me recover my investment with his company called "Cashing In On Auctions". I invested $15,000.00.

On approx 01-01-08 I was contacted by a person from Cashing in On Auctions who stated that he was Jad Morris previous employer and Jad had been fired from the company and that he had been using customers from his company promising them things that he could not deliver. I then contacted Jad Morris and he told me that he was not fired but that he had quit. He then sent me a e-mail stating that he knew what he sold me was wrong, and that he would not respond to these chargebacks so that I can get my money back and that he had quit the company because they were not giving the customer's what they had promised.

He stated that he had his own company now called "Major On Line Auctions", and that he would build me a website associated with Ebay which I could make thousands of dollars. Like a fool I trusted him again. He stated the site would take a month to build. One, two, three, four months past and no website. Approx. Five months past and he had the site built called rbowman. MajorOnLineAuctions.com. I have since been advised by a previous employee that the website is useless. At this time I attempted to contact support several times. No response.

I finally reach Jad Morris and he stated that this is all that he was responsible for and for me to contact Ebay for any further support. Out of the $60,000.00 that I have invested with Jad Morris, I have not received a cent in return. He also stated that he could pay off all my credit card debts. For $15,000.00. I was never able to contact him regarding this matter at any time and no service of any kind was ever provided.

If you are ever contacted by this person, run the other way as quick as possible. I have been contacted by previous employee's of Jad Morris who have quit working for him because they found out that he was a fraud, and that they could prove it. I have been in contact with this person and I have filed Police reports and with the FBI., and so has he.

Please try to reach me by contacting usacomplaints.com so we can attempt to recover some of our investments and stop this person from further fraud on any one else. I have since been unable to contact Jad Morris by any of his Telephone numbers. If you have been taken by Jad Morris, file a police report, or any other agency you can. Maybe with enough reports we will be able to stop this person from doing further harm to others and older retired people whom he seems to pick on.

Jad will also tell you "do not listen to RifOffReport" because they are not trustworthy. He is the "Only ONE not to be trusted."
