Consignment sale

In jun greg bougeois my original salesman sold my 2005 Subaru WRX on consignment with an agreement to replace the orginal car because of the color. I want 17000 for the car and he wanted to lower the sale price. He sold the car and I did not receive any money. After several months passed He failed to replace the my car. I ran the plate and went to the buyers house. He did not tell me how much he purchased my car for but he said he traded in his leased car. He said that his leased car agency contacted him and advised him that the car was left at another lot by someone after he traded it in to Greg. He said he still had a contract on the leased car that was traded in on my car. I sent several emails to Greg Bourgeois and they are attached. On 12-06-08 at about 1200 pm I called the Manager of Performance Butch Hailey who does not return emails at 504-975-3205 who said that Greg was Lieing and he did not know what greg was doing. I told him that I was going to take legal action if nothing is done. He said if there is any thing he can do for me to let him know. Gregs cell phone is 504-220-1136. I have emails to support the compliant.
