My wife got a letter and a check in the mail from MGI or Meridian group inc. The letter said she won a grant.inclosed is a check for $4,650.76. To help you pay for taxas. I check the address and phone number the address is a Po. Box 1200 in Brocklyn and the phone number is a cell phone number and not in new york. The check is from Veg-oil. At a po. Box in oakland, ca. They said not to casnh the check before call them at 1-289-2526 and ask for George hamilton or Katie Hensley. But all you get is a recording. Saying leave you mane and claim number.

In the letter they said do not cash check before talking to us. What a joke and a way to rip off people.
Remember this if someone said you won money don't you think they would call you before senting a 4,000.00 check.
