Scamming eBay Buyer Rips Off Seller: Buyer Sergey Tarusin Receives Merchandise in Florida, Ships Goods Out Of Country to Russia, Then Files Fraudulent Chargeback

Sergey Tarusin and Titan Global Management LLC ripped me off!

Sergey Tarusin ordered an item through eBay from me. The item was shipped to Sergey's business address with signature confirmation at Titan Global Management LLC, 8730 NW 36th Ave Suite A, Miami, FL 33147 (note Florida state records show Tarusin is also the principle of Titan Global business and the address for process of legal papers is listed as a $400,000 condo at 90 Alton Road # 603, Miami Beach, Fl 33139 located in the Yacht Club at Portofino)

After receiving the merchandise Tarusin shipped the merchandise to Russia and then unsuccessfully attempted to file a PayPal claim claiming the merchandise was not as described (which was a total lie). His fraudulent claim was denied by PayPal.

One month later Tarusin filed a fraudulent chargeback with his credit card company.

Tarusin and Titan Global have a great scam going: he orders merchandise on the Internet - after receiving the merchandise he then ships it out of the country to his "clients" in Russia - he then files fraudulent chargebacks against the online sellers he has victimized so that his payment is reversed and he gets the merchandise which he resells in Russia for free.By reversing the payments Tarusin is basically stealing the merchandise which means he is in essense shipping stolen goods out of the country to Russia.
