Rental scam house room rent share tennis abuse violations craigslist

Mr. Josh Treadwell from Fresno California near Kings Canyon National Park and Sequoia National Park has abused his renters / tenants. He went into the house he was renting on craigslist (craigslist.com) with his brother and pulled a renter out of bed and proceeded to physically abuse him then proceeded to toss him into the street. The police were called by the guys girlfriend who was trapped in the bathroom, but he kept changing his story to the police (I spoke with them myself). He has used text messaging to harass his renters (mostly the female ones) but not for not paying rent! He is a weak man with a mental problem and he really needs help, plus anger management classes. He currently has open lawsuits for other faulty sales he has made included but not limited to; his used and new car sales position, which he lost in Fresno due to his attitude problems and other mental issues. He moved to San Francisco to avoid any possible repercussions and physical abuse from upset customers, who also should have filed reports like this. He has sold almost all of his property and is on the verge of bankruptcy. I would not rent nor buy from him because of these issues.
