Marquisha J
Rip off! Don't fall for MARQUISHA J

Miscellaneous

There was a knock at my door one spring day and to my surprise when I opened it was an african american female, young, nicely dressed and very polite. She shook my hand and introduced herself as Marquisha.

She went on and on about how she was trying to better herself and further her education and in order to do that she had to work on her sales skills. I fell into the scam like a big dummy.

I ordered Nickelodeon magazine for my 5 year old, gave her 30 dollars, signed my receipt and she went on her way. Months later, my 5 year old son started receving SPA magazine in the mail. Obviously this is not what I paid for and my son is wondering where his cool magazine is.

I called the phone number provided SEVERAL times. I always get a very generic answering machine that sounds like an extremely uneducated woman talking on it. (Sorry, it's the truth). I left at least ten or more messages with no response. I reported this company to the BBB this morning.

PLEASE, do not fall for these types of scams. I should have known better when the last time I did this I never got the magazines to begin with. But, it was a different company and I figured I would get different results. Boy, was I wrong.
