This is a scam to get money from people who through fake winnings and then never delever the winnings

This is an e-mail that I recived from this comopany stateing that I had won a considerable amount of money from this years 2208 Lottery Promotion which was organozed by Chevron Oil / Petroluem 2008.

If ther are any others out there like myself who are tired of getting these e-mails trying to scam people out of there hard earned money please file these reports so that we can get them to stop. Here is the email that I recived If it looks familiar please write a rip off report.
