Is a ripoff, no phone

I am a school teacher and ordered from them in good faith. Now six weeks later I don't have the DVD's just an email that tells me they are sorry and sent me a second set. I have no recourse on getting my $100 back.

Don't order from them, they are a rip off company. They don't have any address or phone number on their home page, so there is now way except for email to get in touch.
The scary thing is they show up at the top of the list when you Google DVD series you are looking for. They even went to so far as to show shipping from their place using the Canada mail service, it does drop off after it tells you it reached the destination in the US.
