Aka snuggie: as seen on tv aka snuggie official site a complete lie - no item received - never able to reach customer service-never answer their phone

This ADD was sent to me online. I do not know how they got my address. It 'LOOKED' like a good product. I checked out their web-site. It 'LOOKED' official.
However I never received the articles. I am unable to reach anyone at the Customer Service phone number (they NEVER answer their phone).. There is no e-mail address. They did not respond to cancellation notice sent to P. Box address. I would recommend that no one ever order from this place. It is a 'RIP OFF"
