I was repeatedly getting messages from some random company regarding "TRIVIA". I called to stop them from sending them and I learned that I had been charged on my cell phone bill for their service. I did not sign up for this service and I had no idea that I was being charged covertly through my phone company for the service. The company representative tried to convince me that someone else signed me up for the service using my phone. However, no one but me has access to my phone. Anyone know of a lawyer that would like to take up a class action lawsuit? I'm guessing Mobile Messaging has collected millions from this scam.
