Fraud, scam, liars

I bought a distributorship from this company for $13250 which included 20 coffee racks and packages of coffee. This also included superor customer service and fully set up commercial brewing accounts. A consulting firm, Evans Consulting was the only firm recommended by Royal Burgundy which ran $3500, half of which was paid to an independant contractor in cash. All sounded good til after I sent them the check.

Took a month to get the coffee, with some missing. It was then that I realized there was no customer service because phone calls were not returned concerning this. The "marketing division" was non existent because no attempt was made to get me any commercial accounts. The stores that were set up were all convenience stores which was not expected. The contracts set up were done unethically and ended up being much less of a percentage in profit and I had no control.

It took a complaint with the BBB to get my coffee. Two weeks later the company dissolves with no phone call to me. The BBB of Central Florida notified me that the address given was never leased by "Royal" and no one can be reached. They are gone!

We were scammed definitely! The same consulting firm in all of our cases is fishy too.

I have been through severe distress because of this and now have a hefty loan to repay.

I have also made complaints in CT through department of Securities and Investment Division because they were not registered and should have been, FL department of Consumer Services and through the FTC. I am also writing to the attorney general in CT.
