Bulldog pups, needed a home they lived in Quebec, ON, wanted money, they do this a lot Cameroon

I was on the KIJIJI site, and was very interested in bulldog pups, that needed a home. The man claims to be a family man with a new job, and no time. So I said I wanted to adopt the puppies. He told me he was in Quebec, Canada so I said I would go pick up the pups. Then I was told he couldnt meet me, and the compan pet express cargo would contact me. I had asked for phone numbers, and addresses, which he refused to send. I get a call from an unmarked number, saying I was to pay money thru Western Uninon now for pups, they were hungry, and needed to be delivered. I called the number, and a guy answered saying he had no idea what I was saying. I have emails, I have a invoice sheet they sent, it looks real, until you read more, then where it says they are in Quebec, down the page says CAMEROON... Umm ok. So we told our kids we were getting pups for christmas, now they are sad the dogs are a pawn, do they exists? We dont even know. We used to run a dog rescue, so we have a soft spot for all dogs, and want them to be safe. But they got my name, addy, number, and they hurt my fa, ily with their lies.
