EWC Payments Pty L Donvale NEAU
Posted two unauthorized billings ($39.91 and $39.94) on 12/01

I was WEB surfing on Saturday, 11/29, and entered a site through a Yahoo connection. The site I entered had an.com that caught my attention with a promise of only $1.00 for three day access with billing of $39.95 per month if I didn't cancel within 24 hours. After completing the transaction, I thought better of it and immediately cancelled the account. Unfortunately, I did this three times as I entered an incorrect expiration date for my card. I did not access any of the sites which popped up from my Yahoo connection. On Tuesday, 12/02, I discovered the two billings by "EWC Payments Pty L Donvale NEAU" in the amounts of $39.91 and $39.94. It appears that this organization accessed my card information fraudulently and without my permission or knolwedge from transactions on the sites I accessed. On the activation notices I received from these sites, none showed the EWC Payments entity as the billing agency. Again, I immediately cancelled the accounts without accessing the sites.
