Ripoff unauthorized charges

I ordered a free sample of acai berry for one dollar. I never received the item. Three charges are now on my bank card. One for $90 and two for $29.95. I have never authorized these charges, don't even recognize the company. I tried to call and its like a robot is on the phone who only knows how to say one thing. Another number just disconnects. I have filed a dispute with my bank for these charges. Will keep on calling until someone will speak english and remove these charges.
