Is a thief & a liar. My apartment did not have power for 5 days (over Thanksgiving)

I started having problems with this landlord right after I signed a 1-year lease.

First, the rent included all utilities & a garage, but when I moved in she didn't provide me a garage. I contacted her numerous times but she didn't return my call until a month later. When she returned my calls she said I will have to wait until she could find a place to store her luxury car. It took a little over a month before I can have a garage.

Second, the dining room light did not work. I called & wrote to her about the problem, but she didn't send anyone to fix it until a month later.

Third, when I tried to get phone services I discovered my apartment is sharing the same telephone line of the next door apartment. I contacted the landlord and she said it is not her problem, and if I wanted a phone line then I have to pay for the installation. Hence, I don't have a phone.

Four, I kept seeing other people names listed on my mail box even after I removed the tag, so I took pictures of it and told her I will report her to the Postal Master if she did not remove their names. I believe she is running a some type of fraudulence. (Her brother delivers mails on that route, so he picks up the mails before I can get to them.)

And last but not least, my rent included all utilities, however, when a tenant moved in next door, he told me the landlord said I have to pay half of the electric. (I didn't know my unit is sharing the same line.) I told him it is the problem between him and her because my contract said the landlord pays all my utilities. Then after a few months, he moved out and turned off the electric two days before Thanksgiving.

I didn't know what was going on until I came home late from work on Tuesday, Nov 25th. The apartment was dark and I didn't know why. I called the landlord the next morning and asked her to take care the problem. She left me a message when I was at work saying it is my problem. I called her back and said it is her responsibility since it is on the contract. She left another message saying I would have power that night. I came home and turned on the light switch and nothing came on.

I contacted her and she said if I want to have power then I have to wait till Monday (that is when the new tenant moves in.) I said what am I going to do in the mean while, and she said that is my problem and not her. She also said she does not care what has happened to me. I was so upset that I hung up on her after that. So I spent my Thanksgiving in the dark. I have no place else to go since my family is out of town. All the food in my fridge have gone bad, and my apartment is extremely cold at night. I spend the last 5 days without electricity.

Lieu Kim Phan said she is a religious woman, but her actions show she care more about money than people. She is a mean woman and a scum landlord. She lives in a nice place (12351 Nelson St, Garden Grove, California 92840) and does not care about her tenants.

I hope the law will go after her for what she has done, so it will not happen to any other people.
