Ticket system does not help

Because of the testing of hackshield my account was secured/banned for my web connection being lost that will be not the best trigger to get a bar i've delivered ten seats over 2 or 3 days they say they're aware of the problem due to hackshield they've set the main of the problem but haven't corrected the outcomes of the issue in others phrases somebody isn't doing there careers
