Ripped me off for $39.89 this last month! How do you stop it?

Now, I've looked into Epoch.com a bit and seen what their supposed 'credit card assistance' fairytale had to say... Yes, I've shopped online (but not for a long time), and yes, I've payed every bill that was needed to be payed online...
What gets me is how in the Hell can these jesters get my information?! And how the they can charge me, this BULLSHIT for no reason!

If this has happened to anyone else in the past, please for the sake of some cheap bastards ripping you or anyone else off, help do something about it! This is no joke, i'm not someone who comes on here everyday and badmouths companies for the sake of my enjoyment!
How are people supposed to live if these ignorant inhumane degenerates steal our money?!!

I know this is a scam because of three reasons-
-I haven't used my bank card in about two months, because I've just gotten myself out of debt around that time and didn't use it because I couldn't.
-The moment I typed Epoch.com in on google.com this report popped up, with someone with the same problem (same charge, same situation).
-I've never heard of Epoch before in my life and when I checked into it, I can see now that they're probably using information (bank numbers, account numbers, credit card numbers, etc.) from sites that you may buy from... I'm thinking e-bay... Maybe not, but that was the last place i used my information.

These people are receiving other peoples' account numbers and charging them money... And when you go to them for questions they'll give you the run around!
And it probably works with a lot of people who are 'too busy' to check their bank accounts and have enough money in there that it's not getting noticed too much... It's a scam and i think it should be stopped!!
