Dealer took car keys, would not let me leave until I signed contract

My wife and I went to get our trade-in appraised before picking our daughter up from school. Dealer took my car keys and would not let us leave to pick up our daughter from school until I signed a contract to purchase a new car for $4000 more than the advertised price. They tacked on $2400 worth of extra service contracts on top of that. They did not care that my 7 year old daughter was waiting at school for me to pick her up. Now they are lying and saying they did not take my car keys. My wife was there she is a witness.
