When i contacted this seller about their fake boots they
1) denied that their boots were fake
2) claimed that "Ugg is just a kind of shoe like a cowboy boot, so how could these be fake"
3) Google searched me and sent threatening emails
4) threatened me with extortion and defamation claims, all because i wanted to return FAKE UGGS that I was charged $120USD for
5) threatened my personal safety, sending intimidating emails saying that they knew where I lived and where my mother lives;
6) refused to refund the money for their fake garbage product.

This company is disturbing and awful. Do not purchase anything from them. You will regret it terribly.
