Unauthorized charges to my credit card for $. 22 ny

I just checked my online bank statements. I had a charge for $. 22 from Adele Services. It had listed an 800 number and NY and a ref number. I talked to my husband and he didn't know the company. I googled the name and saw a lot of the same complaints for the last few days.
I called my bank and they cancelled the card and it's taking 7-10days for a replacement card.
Pretty crummy! I hope they get caught! $. 22-$. 26 isn't a lot, but with a lot of people involved I guess they could make a lot of money.
