Difficult if not impossible to opt out Chicago

I signed up to receive their "big box of stuff" and during the sign up process it seemed like you could "opt out" of their monthly charges. I never received the "big box" but I do receive a monthly letter and a CD. The monthly newsletter is just a bunch of Scott's ramblings and the CD is just vocals of Scott's ramblings—all geared toward trying to get you to sign up for his program some $2,000 per month. However, for the service of receiving the monthly newsletter, you get charged $97/month to your credit card which is asked for at the time you sign up for the "big box of stuff" to cover shipping. Nowhere in the sign up process does it tell you that you will be charged $97/month. Furthermore you receive emails with no opt out process. There is no phone number to contact a customer service person and there is no "contact us" on his website. I have faxed "Tiffany" several times with instructions to cancel my monthly membership, but I get no response. I have asked my credit card company to deny the charges which they have done, but it's very misleading and there are no people behind it. I'm very dissapointed that Scott Tucker would take advantage of Loan Officers especially in these times when many of us are looking for legitimate marketing solutions. Quite frankly, I'm disgusted with him.
