Unbelievable rude and inproper service

We ordered a towel bar online-ends of towel bar (which were white) were badly damaged, obviously poor quality. Returned towel bar and called company to inform them we wanted refund, not another of that towel bar. Anita told us she was sure the towel bar was damaged from shipping. Their was absolutely no damage on the shipping container and the product was in it's original factory box packed securely. Anita argued with us, the customer, repeatedly that she knew that it was not damaged when she sent it. She even said she had looked at it before she shipped it, saying how nice she thought it was. My husband and I both know this came damaged and if ANYONE looked at it they had to open this box and it had never been opened. After many phone calls to mrgrabbar, Anita finally agreed to honor refund. After many weeks, refund never applied. Call back to mrgrabbar never reciprocated and mrgrabbar sent us another towel bar-eventhough we refused to exchange. Anita was very difficult to deal with. I am not kidding when I tell you how rude we were spoken to on phone when we could get someone to talk with us. She completely ignored our request which we were legally entitled to since original product arrived damaged. Unbelievable that this company is still in business!
