Employee Compensation

I am an employee of Aristocrats, LLC dba Fast Funds Network. I was hired by the company 2 months ago and, since that time, they have changed their employee compensation structure at least 3 times. When I was hired, I was promised 6.90/hour base or 20% commission on my sales, whichever is greater. However, I am now receiving commission only, which is not equal to the Arizona minimum wage and, apparently, a violation of the Arizona Minimum Wage Act. (see A.R.S. 23-364 (a). The owners of Aristocrats, LLC dba Fast Funds Network have been made aware of this violation on numerous occasions; however, they completely ignore the law and do as they please.
