I visited Things Remembered to buy a baptism existing for my neice. I've two grievances out of this first (and last) encounter at Things Remembered. The workers were rude not just to one another, but to clients aswell. This designed for a distressing visit.

After I acquired my product, I realized that they mispelled the title on my engraving so when requested to fix it, they seemed troubled to possess to fix it.

After I returned to choose it-up the 2nd period (one hour later), they explained they'd etched a different one of the exact same waterglobe with my neiceis title onto it for another person. I had been mad they wouldn't have informed that person that somebody else had previously bought exactly the same product for that same individual. Though I actually donot assume the workers to consider every purchase they consider, I actually do believe they ought to make sure they do not engrave exactly the same specific product using the same individual's title and same expression onto it. Personally I think the workers must have informed your partner purchasing the same product that it'd been already bought by another person. It is like a fraud to help make the shop more income. To create this encounter worse, I really could not trade them for my money-back, just for another product within the shop. Following the frustration, the final point I needed to complete was choose another product, after I had selected it out FIRST within the first-place. Today my neice may have two of the exact same product, & most probable quarry is likely to be delivered and cash is likely to be lost.in these difficult financial instances, this makes me much more mad.
