False information on credit report

I received a notice declaring that I'd a-5 yr-old electrical bill that must be compensated. 5 years back I had been a small and so couldn't have experienced a power bill in my own name. I tested my credit history plus they are shown like a collections consideration. I named the electrical businesses in Norfolk plus they don't have any report of me having a merchant account. The corporation is ruining my credit history!
