USI Guaranteed to recieve $5000.00 if I return the release form and fulfill contest requirements. Robina Town Centre QLD 4230

I received a letter in the mail guaranteeing $5000.00 if I returned the release form as instructed and fulfilled the contest requirements. On the bottom of the page was a release form on the upper right of this "form" was a "puzzle" "circle correct answer 20 5 = 25 21 23." slightly below this on the left hand side were 5 small red boxes (1) Approved by accounting department, (2 across) Statement value $5,000.00 check, (3 across) Payment number UBI5 (4 below # 1) Dated November 04, (and in the fifth and last box) Check ID Number USMEXo51 Q458360722. To the right of these boxes were 2 statements with very small boxes in front of them, the first said I wish to claim the $5,000.00 check.

The second said I, (my name) confirm and authorize you to deliver the $5,000.00 check at (my post box #, city, State, and zip. Under that was the sentence "Please sign below to accept official contest rules listed over. (There were no list of rules and nothing was printed on the reverse side of paper.) Under that last sentence was a line and under the line was "signed by (My Name). I noticed on the envelope that they mailed it in there was a box to the left of the "stamp" saying AIR MAIL if undelivered. Pls return to c/o T M F Orchard Post Office PO BOX 51 Singapore 912302. Since none of this added up to me I got on my computer to see if I could find out anything. I supposed it was a scam but didn't know how it worked. Please warn others about this. Thank You.
