I met Kipp Kelly on an on-line dating service (BLACKPEOPLEMEET). We briefly chatted through emails and he wanted to meet up with me in person. However, I had something to do on that day so I declined... And thank God I did. When I read his online profile, it sounded ideal to what I was looking for. He left his phone numbers for me through email. We briefly spoke once but for me there was no connection, so I just left him alone and moved on to the next guy. His name always struck me as odd.intuitively, I didn't get a good vibe from his name, Kipp Kelly. I always wondered if it was real. Today I checked my BLACKPEOPLEMEET messages and saw that he reached out to me again. For some reason, this time, I decided to google his name. To my surprise, all of these usacomplaints.com came up! I thank God that I am not a victim of his scams. But I could have been. If all of these reports are true, I'm just here to give all of you victims, the information that I have on him so that he could be caught. I'm wondering why, after doing so many major scams that he hasn't been arrested by now.in one of the pictures on BLACKPEOPLEMEET, he is next to a cop.
