Guardian Ad Litem Miami Diane Van Ness: Professionals Have the Docs

Miscellaneous

By Florida Statute, a guardian ad litem is required to keep information confidential.

By Florida Statute, a guardian ad litem is not allowed to withhold parental visits with children for financial reasons.

By Florida Statute, a guardian ad litem is not immune to the law, nor is she immune to discovery.

Diane Van Ness not only filed highly confidential docs in court as public record, but worse, on a monthly basis, sent out confidential information about a parent, information of which was false, to all professionals on the case, as well as to opposing counsel and then to the other parent, who would clearly have freedom to distribute as desired. There was no purpose to this action other than to demean and discredit the parent, and to provide a wall against what Diane was doing behind the scenes.

Diane then had parent sign sworn statements each and every month, for years, stating that what Diane wrote in those letters was true, OR ELSE SHE WOULD NOT LET THE PARENT SEE THE CHILDREN!

The parent, desperate to see the beloved children (whom the parent never abused), signed as Diane demanded, so that Diane would finally "effectuate the visitation schedule."

Now that the parent's credibility was ruined amongst all involved in the case, Diane was able to continue taking more money than the parent earned. The parent was unable to speak up because her credibility had been destroyed by these monthly letters.

Once the case began to unfold for what it was, it was too late for anybody, professionals and parent alike, to appear before a judge to disclose it. Credibility amongst all would have been in question. Everybody was stunned into silence.

Doctors and witnesses were bullied by Diane to not speak up or she would sue and counter-sue them, placing their practices in jeopardy and falsely ruining their reputations.

Of course, no attorney would sue either, because, as Diane knows, no attorney will sue another attorney.

There was no recourse but to pay her to get off the case. Even that took years, at the children's expense. It was Diane's demand, not the parent's offer, to pay her to get off the case.

I witnessed as Diane spent years smiling and saying, "So sue me!" as she stormed out of the courtroom and into the elevator. It was as if she believed she had full control.

White collar criminality is aptly named. A person is able to wear a white collar by day, and do the above by night (on the side).

The professionals on these and similar cases of Diane's have the documentation spoken of above.

We can't all be wrong.

Please take this report very seriously and be very careful of Diane Van Ness' outwardly professional appearance. She is very smart and very manipulative. Please be very wary of her. You are encouraged to report the facts as well.
