Being put off for electrical service hook up/Rude recepcionist

I am moving into a new apt, on Fri. 21. I do owe W.E. For a previous bill but have been paying $50.00 per week. I contacted the Waukesha W.E. Office and was told I had to set up a meeting to get electric service, the soonest time would be on Dec. 8. How does a person live in a place, in the winter, for two weeks, with no electricity or heat? Due to cercumstances beyond my control, I was unable to secure employment until recently, since then I have been paying them $50.00 per week. I intend to make good on my previous bill and keep up with services, if I can get power hooked up. Also the recepionist was very rude and proceded to tellme her lifes problems. I spent two days, $15.00 on my phone (on hold for a toltal of 45 min.) spoke with people for approx. 10 min., refered by an W.E. Employee to another W.E. Employee who at first tried to tell me that I had called the wrong number, I then Informed this person that I was transfered by another W.E. Employee to that person, I was then put on hold for another 10 min. Until I was then told I had to go to the Waukesha W.E. Office where the rude recepcionist was unable or unwilling to give any assistance, i.E. Do her job. All I want to do is make good on what I owe and get electrical service as soon as posible. If I ran my business the W.E. Energies currently does, I would be out of business. As a service industry, We, the people of Wisconsin DEMAND better service.
